Jalandhar: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will lay foundation stone of Sri Guru Ravidass Ji Bani Addhyayan Kendra at Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar today. Centre will be constructed in 10.5 acres with a cost of Rs. 100 crore. AAP Convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be present on the occassion.
