Chandigarh Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Minister, Smt. Shruti Choudhry said that the State Government is sensitive to the interests of its employees. She said that the department is rationalizing the operational circles as well as the positions of employees, so that every employee is assigned work strictly according to their designated post. Concrete efforts are underway in this direction. She said that Beldars and Canal Guards are the backbone of the department. To ensure clear identification in the field, they will soon be provided separate uniforms based on their respective posts. This will help streamline the work system more effectively in field operations.
Smt. Shruti Choudhry was presiding over a meeting with representatives of the All Haryana PWD Mechanical Employees’ Union from Charkhi Dadri and Kurukshetra, here today.
