Vice President Naidu on 3-day tour of UP

AYODHYA: The Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu is coming on a three-day visit to Uttar Pradesh in the evening in the state capital Lucknow. The Vice President will stay at Raj Bhavan and there will be a dinner hosted in his honour by Governor and Chief Minister and other dignitaries will be there besides senior ministers of Uttar Pradesh Cabinet. The Vice President will visit Ayodhya Dham on 15th April 2022 and will go to Varanasi Kashi Vishwanath by Presidential train on the same day and the next day on 16th April 2022 will have darshan of famous Shri Kashi Vishwanath ji and also visit Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Sthal (Mughalsarai). He will leave for New Delhi in the evening of the same day.

The main program of the president is in Ayodhya for about 3 hours, in which first he will visit the temple and worship and in the second phase will go to the famous Hanumangarhi for darshan worship and again from Ayodhya railway station to Varanasi/Kashi. In this regard, necessary meeting was held by Divisional Commissioner Shri Navdeep Rinwa, Inspector General of Police Shri KP Singh, District Magistrate Shri Nitish Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police Shri Shailesh Kumar Pandey etc. and keeping in view the 100 per cent instructions and security standards received from the office of the Vice President. Instructions have been given to execute the tour programmes and as per requirement, the duty of magistrates and police officers have been fixed at important places.

 

Apart from this, according to the information received from the office of the Vice President, the coverage of his above places will be done by Doordarshan and ANI team and all the people can watch the live broadcast. At the same time, it is also to be informed that as per the instructions received from Additional Information Secretary Dr. Navneet Sehgal and Director of Information, Shishir, Deputy Director of Information Ayodhya Mandal and Chief Minister's Media Complex, Lucknow Dr. Murlidhar Singh has informed about Vice  President's prescribed instructions. For coverage at places, two teams of the State Government Information Department will do coverage. This information has been given by Mehar Singh, Press Secretary to the Vice President. For this, no separate local media representation pass was issued and all the necessary links/information received from Doordarshan can be seen through live broadcast at the scheduled time and for this through the social media WhatsApp group of the Information Department.

 

Everyone will be given information about photographs/videos etc. moment to moment. A request was made to make this program successful under the excursion programme of the President in August 2021. In this regard, directions have been given to Additional District Magistrate, City, Shri Salil Kumar Patel, Superintendent of Police, City and Sub-Divisional Officers, Circle Officers and other officers and Municipal Commissioner Shri Vishal Singh said that special cleanliness arrangements will be made in the entire city and on the designated routes and Directorate of Information. The installation of hoardings etc. received from Deputy Director Information, Additional Municipal Commissioner Sachchidanand Singh, Assistant Municipal Commissioner Harishchandra Singh and other local officials should be completed in every condition by 8 pm today and instructions have been given to do cleanliness. And senior officers have appealed to all to make this programme a success.
