Mohali:: Avinash Rai Khanna, a former Vice-Chairman of the Indian Red Cross Society, here today gave a clarion call to the youth to take care of their parents, and other elders in their neighborhood.
Khanna, who was the Chief Guest at a seminar on `Care of the Elderly’ organized at the Rayat Bahra University, here today, called upon the youth to be sensitive to the needs and aspirations of the elders. He stressed that the elderly persons must be treated with respect and dignity.
