HSVP should make a policy regarding the plot being returned due to non-payment of money by allottees : Chief Minister

Chandigarh:  Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran  (HSVP) should make a policy regarding the plots being returned due to non-payment of money by the allottees. He said that the authority should do e-auction of such plots and while compensating for its loss, some percentage of the profits should also be given to the allottee of such plots. The Chief Minister was speaking while presiding over the 124th meeting of Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran on Tuesday.

 

The Chief Minister said that the plots should be sold through e-auction with immediate effect. Many people get the plots allotted but then they are not able to deposit the money, for such people relief should be given by making a policy with immediate effect. He stated that the authority should determine the percentage of profit made through e-auction in accordance with the amount already deposited by the allottee, so that he can receive some amount in return. A total of 31 agendas were placed before the Chief Minister in the meeting, on which he gave further directions.

 

Approval for setting up of Cooperative Group Housing Society Scheme for MLAs, Employees, Journalists and Lawyers in Panchukala

 

Haryana Chief Minister has given approval for setting up of Cooperative Group Housing Society Scheme for Employees, Journalists, Lawyers, sitting MLAs, former MLAs working in Panchkula and Chandigarh. During the meeting, the Chief Administrator of the Authority presented an agenda in this regard, on which the Chief Minister asked to prepare a group housing scheme and also directed to draft rules in this regard.

 

HSVP should also audit its own functioning

Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that HSVP should also audit its functioning. Through this more scope of opportunities will open for the public. During the meeting, the lease of the centre run by ISKCON Food Relief Foundation in Faridabad for making mid-day meals in the community centre of Sector-7 was extended.

 

During the meeting, Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sh. DS Dhesi, Haryana Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, Sh. Anurag Rastogi, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, Sh. Anand Mohan Sharan, Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. Arun Kumar Gupta, Director General, Town & Country Planning, Sh. T.L. Satyaprakash, HSVP, Chief Administrator, Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi and other senior officials were present.
